At OmniChip, we bring years of hands-on experience and dedication to every stage of electronic and IC design.

Our IC design engineers have from two to over twenty years of experience in design, development, and verification of digital and analog integrated circuits. We have also personally prepared and supervised tapeouts, post-tapeout validations, and chip characterizations. Our PCB team engineers have up to sixteen years of experience in the design of electronic devices including preparations for mass production and certifications.

Tomasz Pomorski
CEO

Tomasz Pomorski is an experienced System Architect and Principal Digital and Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer with 23 years in semiconductor development. He has led the architecture and design of multiple NFC systems, including the PicoRead 13.56 MHz reader chip and the Microread NFC microcontroller for mobile devices. His work includes digital design for NFC readers, Intel’s 13.56 MHz NFC radio, and advanced low-frequency receivers based on Costas Loop architectures. He has also created high-precision ROM memories and advanced modeling frameworks for analog RF blocks to optimize system performance. As CEO, he combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive innovation across the company.

Alicja Droszcz
CTO

Alicja Droszcz is a Digital System Architect and Principal Digital IC Design Engineer with 19 years of industry experience. She has led multiple IC development teams and served as the technical lead for numerous projects. Her work spans digital architecture and design for NFC systems, including ISO15693, ISO14443A/B, FeliCa, and AP2P. Her expertise encompasses digital system design, including memory controllers, analog-control logic, communication interfaces, control systems, cross-domain integration, formal verification, synthesis, and PnR. At OmniChip, she oversees day-to-day operations and drives the technical strategy, ensuring successful delivery of complex IC projects from concept to production.
